Recently a young family member was arrested in New York on a drug charge. She was charged with a felony possession and was facing an unknown number of years in jail. Mr.Paul is an excellent criminal defense attorney. He was always very informative and always answered all my questions when needed. When I read Attorney Michael Paul's reviews I was in amazement of all the extremely positive reviews. After I got having him handle my sister's real estate closing, I can definitely confirm his professional skill and his caring manner. There was an unexpected hitch due to the co-op not clearing a prior mortgage that was not "cleared" by a former owner. I found Attorney Michael Paul online while being charged with a felony and two misdemeanors along with a order of protection against me, I could have stuck it out with the assigned public defense that was given to me by the state, but I’m glad I didn’t, being in the military for almost 7 years I knew that I needed a good lawyer to come out clean from my case. April 11 2022 all of the charges were dismissed and not once throughout the process did I regret my decision to let Michael Paul take over my case. Highly recommended. I would without a doubt return if I have any legal issues in the future but hopefully that is not the case.

Mr. Paul is the best defense attorney in NYC. I took my case to him, and the last thing he discussed with me reluctantly was his fee. He was more interested in listening to me, wanting to know exactly what happened truthfully, and explained to me how he would defend me and the end result he was aiming at. My physical and medical condition at the time we’re in dire bad shape including cancer/radiation and almost 0% mobility. He made sure I was given a DAT and then an IV appearance. All of the charges by a mom and daughter combo, which were not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th time, were all dropped/dismissal including all OOP. What was happening all along unknown to me, was that Mr. Paul was working feverishly behind the scenes working with the DA and investigators. By presenting my case with evidence to back it up, he was able to persuade the DA office to drop all false charges. Mr. Paul is a listener, he’s compassionate, he feels your pain and most importantly he fights for you to the very end. He is soft spoken but a ruthless defender. He stop and corrected an almost Crimal injustice. He is my 5 stars Hero.

Mr.Paul is a phenomenal attorney! I spent over a week looking for an attorney who I felt would best represent me and my case! I wanted a quality attorney and didn’t have edited/deleted reviews… With the nature of my case, I kept finding lawyers who would immediately quote me a five figure retainer without hearing my entire case and tell me that I was going to jail for years if my charges were stacked.. Mr.Paul is unlike any of the other attorneys that I spoke and met with… He called me back after his case and he patiently listened to me and he reassured me immediately that everything would be fine and he would get on the case as soon as possible. I was to call my court appointed attorney and within the hour my court appointed attorney called and told me that Mr.Paul would be representing my case. Moments later Mr.Paul called me and told me that he had a possible favorable resolution but he reassured again he needed more time to get an even better resolution. Between that time I probably called him everyday in the beginning sometimes twice a day and every time he was responsive and reassured me “everything would be fine”. He was patient, responsive, transparent, kind, and listened. I never felt rushed off the phone or like I was annoying him. He truly is the kindest lawyer who means business! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would definitely give him a 10.When you are in a criminal case or misdemeanor, he is the lawyer to go to. He provides a variety of payment plans, and a constant channel of communicating (he provided me with his personal phone number to call him at any time when I need him). Sure enough, he was available 24/7. This is a lawyer you can definitely depend on. It might seem as though I am praising him, but I assure you, if you experienced him, you would be compelled by your intuition to do the same too. Thanks to Mr. Paul I get a second chance at life.🙏

It's like Gotham city out there, the world shifts to apandemic. A case going longer than the pandemicdid. 3 and a half years It's like I took a spaceship toMars, but never Returned. Mr. Paul has fought mycase for almost 2 years. This started with a legal aid which was like talking to a wall. First day talking to the wall i realized i needed a real laywer. Not someone who gets a 100 cases a month and just throw people under the bus, just for a plea conviction. First lawyer seemed ok but man... could you just smell a liar. Someone who said this would be dismissed or a violation. I was looking at atrocious charges made by the District Atorneys in Downtown Brooklyn. This went on for months and months with 1st lawyer then turned into year. I had to have a second opinion. So i was recommended by a good friend who said Micheal Paul not Micheal Jordan but man! am I grateful to say he slammed dunk my case! This man will not lie to you. He will give the facts and if he had to push for trail, he would not let you down. If you"re going to Mars make sure you take Mr. Micheal Paul with you. he has a spaceship to get you back! It's a shame that the District Atorney are way over powered. It's abashed knowing that the "justice system" lacks civility and experience in order to make a decision on a case that is not egregious. Mr. Paul! you took nails off my back and you gave me fresh air! even though the virus flots around. I feel less worried about my future.
